Example: Priya's resume against 4 openings

Frontend developer, 4 years. Pick an opening to see why it fits.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Fablewick

86fit score

Your four years of React and design-system work line up closely with this team's stack. The open question is leadership: they want someone who has run a small team, and your resume shows mentoring instead.

Matches

  • You have four years of React and TypeScript in production.
  • You have led the migration to a shared component library.
  • You have shipped interfaces that pass WCAG AA audits.

Partial matches

  • The role asks for GraphQL; your API work has been REST.

Gaps

  • They want two years of team-lead experience; your resume shows mentoring, not line management.

A match score with the reasons behind it

No black-box number. Every ranking comes with the reasons behind it, so you can decide where to spend your evening.

A match score for every job

Each opening gets a free score from the same matching TuraHire uses to rank candidates for recruiters, so you can rank a whole list before you spend a credit.

What matches, and the skills you're missing

Each job shows what matches, what partly matches and what the job description asks for that your resume does not show yet, in the words of your own resume.

Tailor to the job description without inventing anything

Suggestions arrive as lines you accept, edit or reject. Nothing reaches your resume without your confirmation.

We never add experience you don't have.

Every suggestion starts from a real line on your resume, reworded so the language the job uses is visible. When the job asks for something your resume doesn't mention, TuraHire asks you instead of guessing, and you accept, edit or reject every change.

Suggested rewrite of a line she already has

Moved our checkout screens onto the shared component library, which I led.

Led the migration of checkout screens to a shared React component library.

Nothing on her resume shows this, so it asks

This job wants team-lead experience. Have you led or mentored anyone?

A new line is added only if she says yes and confirms the wording.

What your resume match score tells you

One number per job, and the reasons you can act on.

How the match score is worked out

The free score compares the skills, experience and role on your resume with each job description, the way TuraHire ranks candidates for recruiters. In the app it is called your fit score. For 1 credit, an AI analysis adds a short summary and a line-by-line list of matches, partial matches and gaps.

How to read it

Use it to compare openings, not as a pass mark. A higher score means more of what the job asks for is already visible on your resume. Start at the top of your list and read the gaps before you apply.

Why the screening view matters

Many applications are screened by software before a person reads them. Seeing how a screening tool matches your resume to the job description shows you what to make clearer before you apply.

Find the skills and keywords you're missing

Every gap is something the job description asks for that your resume doesn't show yet. For each one, TuraHire tells you what to do.

  • If you have the experience, it suggests a rewrite of a real bullet so the wording the job uses is visible.
  • If it isn't sure, it asks you a direct question and adds a line only after you confirm it.
  • If you don't have it, the gap stays visible and becomes a talking point in your interview prep.

No keyword stuffing: nothing is added just to push a number up.

How it works

One resume, every opening you are weighing, in the order you would actually do it.

  1. Upload your resume (PDF or DOCX)

  2. Add every job description: files, pasted text or a link

  3. Get a match score for each job, with what matches and the skills you're missing

  4. Tailor your resume to each job honestly, and prep for the interview

  5. Track every application from saved to offer

Prepare for the interview, then keep track
