How AI Resume Matching Works

When you upload resumes or CVs and a job description, our system first extracts structured data from each document: skills, job titles, years of experience, education, and certifications. It then generates semantic embeddings that capture the full context of each candidate's background and the requirements of the role.
The matching engine scores candidates across five dimensions: semantic similarity measures how closely a candidate's overall profile aligns with the job; skills matching identifies overlapping and missing competencies; experience scoring evaluates relevance and depth of work history; job-level matching ensures seniority alignment; and education scoring checks degree and certification fit.
